Welcome to What's 4 Dinner! This tool helps you create recipes based on the ingredients you have while excluding any ingredients due to allergies or preferences. Here’s how it works:
How It Works
- Select your main ingredients and sides.
- Specify any allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Choose a cooking method and, if desired, select from the healthy options.
- Click "Generate Recipe" to see your customized meal!
If you’re looking for something specific, like "Potato Salad" or "Dip", enter it here. Leave this field blank if you want the tool to create a more general recipe based on your selected ingredients.
Choose the main ingredients you want in your recipe, like beef, chicken, or vegetarian options. You can also add custom ingredients by selecting "Other" and typing them in.
Choose side dishes or additional ingredients like grains, vegetables, or pasta. Again, you can enter custom sides by selecting "Other."
Specify any ingredients you want to exclude from the recipe due to allergies. The tool will ensure those ingredients aren’t included.
Select your preferred cooking method, such as Oven, BBQ, Stove, or Air Fryer. You can also add a custom method by selecting "Other."
- Low Sugar: Recipes with reduced sugar content.
- Low Fat: Focuses on low-fat ingredients.
- High Protein: Emphasizes protein-rich ingredients.
- Low Sodium: Limits the amount of sodium.
- Gluten-Free: Excludes gluten-containing ingredients.
- Dairy-Free: Avoids dairy products like milk, cheese, and butter.
- Keto-Friendly: Low-carb, high-fat recipes to support a ketogenic diet.
- Vegan: Recipes free of all animal products.
Choose whether the recipe should only use the ingredients you’ve selected. If you select "Yes," the recipe will be restricted to your choices. If you select "No," it may include other complementary ingredients.
